What "Fully Staffed" Actually Means
When we say "fully staffed," we mean it. Our crew arrive with the wall,
handle setup in around 30 minutes, and run the activity for the full
duration of your event. Every climber gets a safety briefing and is fitted
with a harness and helmet. Our team supervises every climb, manages the
queue, and breaks down the equipment at the end.
You don't assign any of your own people. You don't need a volunteer who
sort of knows how to tie a knot. You point your guests at the wall and we
handle the rest.
