Venue Requirements
- Flat, stable surface — grass or hard standing
- Clear overhead space — the 26ft wall needs sufficient ceiling height if indoors
- Access route at least 2.8m wide and 2.8m high for the Enterprise wall
- No overhead power lines or obstructions
Bad Weather Policy
- Enterprise wall rated for outdoor use to wind Force 5 (~17–21 mph)
- 26ft wall can be lowered if wind speeds become unsafe
- All walls can operate in light rain
- If we need to stand down for safety, we'll discuss alternatives with you on the day
What Happens on the Day

1. Site Assessment
Our crew arrive and assess the site for safety and accessibility.

2. Setup (~30 min)
The wall is set up in approximately 30 minutes by our trained team.

3. Safety Check
Full equipment safety check conducted before any climbers go up.

4. Safety Briefing
A briefing is delivered to all climbers before they start.

5. Harness & Helmet Fitting
Harnesses and helmets are fitted individually to every climber.

6. Climbing Under Supervision
Climbing runs under constant supervision for the full duration.

7. Breakdown & Removal
At the end of the session, we break down and remove everything.
