How much does climbing wall hire cost?

From £699 per day, fully staffed. That includes a trained crew, all safety equipment (harnesses, helmets, mats), £5 million public liability insurance, and delivery.

Our standard hire period starts at 4 hours, giving ample time for your guests to enjoy the activity. Full-day hires are also available.

For a team of 60, that works out at less than £12 per head, and everyone gets a turn in the first hour.

We deliver nationwide from our Rotherham warehouse. Core areas and typical delivery times:

Is the climbing wall staffed?

Yes, every hire is fully staffed as standard. Our trained crew handle setup, safety briefings, harness fitting, supervision throughout the event, and breakdown at the end. You don't need to assign any of your own staff.

This is one of the main reasons corporate event organisers book with us. If you're coordinating catering, AV, transport, and 200 colleagues, the last thing you need is to also manage a climbing wall.

What documentation do you provide?

We email the following to you or your venue before the event:

• Risk assessments
• Method statements
• Insurance certificates (£5M PLI with indemnity to principal cover)
• Safety certificates for all equipment

Corporate venues and H&S teams need these in advance, not on the day. We make sure they have them.

What space do I need?

For the 26ft mobile climbing wall:

• Outdoor: flat grass or hard standing area, approximately 10m x 10m
• Indoor: arena or large conference hall with sufficient ceiling height
• No mains power required

For the 6.6m Enterprise wall:

• Access route at least 2.8m (9ft) wide and high
• Works on grass or hard standing, indoors or outdoors
• No mains power required

For the inflatable wall:

• 35ft x 35ft safe working area, 25ft high
• Standard 13 amp power socket within 25 metres

What happens in bad weather?

• The Enterprise wall is rated for outdoor use to wind Force 5 (~17–21 mph)
• Both rigid walls can be lowered in high winds for safety
• All walls can operate in light rain
• Indoor option available if your venue has sufficient ceiling height
• If we need to stand down for safety, we'll discuss alternatives with you on the day

Do you offer invoicing with payment terms?

Yes, for corporate bookings. We don't require upfront card payment. Supply a purchase order and we'll invoice you with standard 30-day terms.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Ideally 4–6 weeks for peak dates (May–September, Fridays and Saturdays). We've also handled bookings with 48 hours' notice. Call us and we'll check availability.

Are children allowed on the wall?

Yes, all our walls are suitable for children and adults. The auto belay systems handle a wide range of weights. Our staff fit harnesses individually and supervise every climb.

Can you brand the climbing wall?

Climbing walls don't have a standard branding option, but we can discuss custom solutions for large corporate events. Contact us to discuss.
